This 2 hour experiential workshop is all about learning to see your life through rose-tinted glasses, at will, as if everything were conspiring to shower you with blessings – and then, once you’ve got the knack, going out into the world to spread the joy through covert random acts of love, kindness and beauty. We will have a magical adventure out on the streets, leaving love letters for strangers and leaving a trail of sparkly deeds as we go.
To close, we will seal the deal with a very special ritual, committing to keeping your love alive – for yourself, for others and for the world.
Tiu de Haan is a celebrant, creative facilitator, writer and coach. She has been running magical workshops for over a decade, reminding people of all ages how to see the magic in the mundane. She also creates non religious ceremonies including weddings, funerals, baby naming and other rituals that touch the heart and connect us to ourselves and each other.
Open your heart to the joy and magic within yourself and shine the light of love on every being. See only the love in every situation. Delicious heart flow yoga with Carley Small. Connect with your breath, open your heart and begin to connect with the effortless grace and ease of movement your body is so yearning for. We will find a stable grounding and connection to the earth and reality through strengthening poses then from here our hearts will open into magnificent backbends where we discover that when we open our hearts the world is limitless and ever abundant.
Amisha Ghadiali will then lead us into a group healing on the theme of love, clearing patterns that are holding us back from experiencing the fullness of our own hearts and opening more space to feel the vibrant beauty of love.
