Amisha is back from a month in India and delighted to share all that she has learnt.
Come and spend your Monday evenings in a beautiful candlelit space setting yourself up for a glorious week.
Over the weeks we will go on a journey though yoga and meditation honouring the light inside you and giving you space to form a deeper relationship with yourself and ring more joy into your London lifestyle.
Perfect for total beginners or experienced yogis. The class is kept small ensuring that everyone gets an opportunity to learn deeply and that there is an intimate vibe.
We will include a combination of yoga, meditation, chanting and mythology in candlelight from 7pm-8.30pm. Afterwards we will share a cup of (de-caf) Indian Chai Tea (which I will make us), and if we want to we can eat together, making this not just a class but an opportunity to get to know your fellow students and build community.
You can buy a class pass that you can use over this period. You can book the full 8 weeks for £80, 6 weeks for £72, 4 weeks for £54.
Drop in space is available at £15 a session, just contact me on the day to see if there is space. Taking part in the full course gives you a sense of commitment and allows you to really go on a journey over time, this is recommended. It also helps you to protect the space for your weekly yoga class even when your work puts on the pressure on a monday afternoon…
Please bring a mat, or let me know if you need me to bring one for you. Bring a blanket for Savasana and meditation.
Arrive at 6.45pm for a 7pm start. Class finishes at 8.30pm after which you can stay for chai and food or if you have to leave, bring a flask to drink your chai on the way home. This class takes place in Highbury.

“Amisha’s yoga course is a wonderful mix of Workshop, Teaching, Exercise, Interaction and Meditation/Relaxation. I am taking a lot of energy away from the class which carries me over the week. Only drawback? I might find it difficult to go back to a normal ‘run-of-the-mill’ class after this!” Annett
With a love of yoga for that has spanned over a decade, I took the natural next step in doing my teacher training. Making yoga a central part of my life has led to profound shifts in the freedom and empowerment I feel in both my body and ‘off the mat’. I have been amazed at how yoga has healed long term injuries I thought were for life, and created clarity and clearness in my mind.
I enjoy sharing this sweet practice with the over worked, over stressed folks of London, (of which I was one for many years!). I studied a form of Hatha Yoga called Anusara which means “flowing with nature”. My classes are strong, focusing on clear alignment, with deep relaxation at the end.
What I love about yoga is that it really is for everybody. It doesn’t matter what age you are or how ‘fit’ or flexible you are. Everyone that shows up finds something that they are looking for (and normally something they didn’t expect). Whether it is freedom from pain, great sleep, emotional stability, deeper authenticity, strength, self-acceptance, fearlessness, or something else, yoga can help you create and live the life that you want.
“Amisha knows her yoga upside-down and inside-out, she is playful and brings so much more to her classes than the average teacher. I ain’t a yoga bunny but LOVE what she does. She is deeply connected to all things divine and just being in her presence is worth it, trust me.” Lucy
“I always look forward to yoga with Amisha, her energy is calming and nurturing and her classes uplift my mind and spirit as much as my body!” Ali
