Back in 2010, Amisha started a radical think tank called Think Act Vote, which evolved into The Future Is Beautiful and has now landed into All That We Are. The podcast began in 2017 and is a rich resource of conversations that celebrate, explore and deepen our perspective on what is means to be a human at this time.

It explores the weave between activism, the sacred, creativity and regeneration. The spaces where our inner and outer worlds dance.  From healing trauma to nature connection to new technologies to ancient wisdom – it’s time for us to move beyond silos and into an integrated way of being. Every one of us has ideas and personal experiences to share that can lead us to a more beautiful future. Despite the challenges we face as a global community or the pressures we meet in our daily lives, when we stop and dare to listen, to ask ourselves the big questions and to share what we are already doing and envisioning, we create the futures of our wildest dreams. And we begin to embody all that we are, all that we are becoming and all that is possible.

This project has always been a labour of love, something that we work on just because we know it’s important. This podcast is starting the same way. We really want this to be an advertising free space, that disrupts the current model and focuses on people, not products – the people on the show, the people listening to the show, and the people behind the scenes that make the show. And so we are launching a  crowdfunding campaign which means we can be supported to make this by you, the community, if you enjoy the show and would like to make a monthly donation that would be wonderful. It can be anything from $2 a month to whatever you fancy.

Our goal is that the costs of our sound editor and writer are covered. Help us get there!

How will you create beauty in the world?

Every one of us has ideas and personal experiences to share that can lead us to a brighter future. In the pages of this book, over two hundred people reveal their vision of the world they want to live in and the ways in which we can think, act, and vote to create it. Beautifully illustrated, this is a personal, political exploration of what we value, and how we can live these values in our daily life.

This book is an invitation to you, wherever you are in the world, to imagine the future of your choice and inspire us to build it with you. Our global future is created by all of us, together. The Future Is Beautiful is the start of a new conversation about making that happen.

Let your imagination run wild. We are the Future.

“Imagination is the most precious currency we have. This anthology is a priceless, awe-inspiring companion in a time for new dreams.”

Love for the book:

“It is rare that someone writes a book with passion where the effort is aimed not at knowing the answers but understanding the question. We live in a world that has fractured intimacies yet ever-growing digital closeness where ideas about how we want to live are undermined by notions of wealth, consumption, and the measurability of happiness. Don Quixote would have wept. This marvelous book is at once a challenge for us to try to describe the sunny uplands we wish to reach as well as being a plea for a plurality in that vision. The joy to me is that shining through it all is a series of reference points called kindness, generosity, and courtesy. These are the planks most of us want to stand on as we set out on this journey. I feel a new form of democracy stirring and it is exciting and vital. Go make a difference I say. Read this book and start now.” Tim Smit, The Eden Project

‘An idea that will send a transforming fire to the future.’ Ben Okri, Author & Poet

“Knowing what is possible inspires change, and we are capable of so much more than most of us dare to even dream…” Bruce Parry, film maker & author

“At the vanguard of re-imagining the future, this book charts the beginnings of a collaborative revolution in politics.” Tamsin Omond, Climate Rush

Think Act Vote (?!X) a radical think tank founded by Amisha Ghadiali in 2010, that explores the new and creative ways we can and are shaping our future lives and communities. We are disrupting the traditional model of a think tank because we believe that every single one of us, no matter what age, background, religion, ethnicity or occupation has personal experiences and ideas to share that can lead us to a brighter future.  We made this manifesto.

Run by a powerhouse of volunteers and a vibrant community of collaborators and supporters, Think Act Vote (?!X) has asked thousands of individuals to think deeply about, and to believe in a future that they choose. Throughout this journey we met some truly incredible people and heard thousands of dreams and fears about the future. We believe in action that we can do now in the present.

Think Act Vote coined the term, Creative Activism – the act of making something through art and media to create awareness of and engagement with important issues and to inspire a brighter future.
