We are creating a special Winter reTREAT for the 108 London community. It will be an opportunity for us to come together and nourish our souls before everything goes mental with Christmas parties and the boozy lead into the holidays..
As ever, 108 London is all about you and what you want to contribute and experience. So we held an open call for people to come forward and share what they wanted to offer. The only criteria was that it came from the heart.

Friday 20 November:
7pm – Scared Singing and Pot Luck Dinner
Saturday 21 November:
10-10.45am – Welcome Mantra with 108 Amisha Ghadiali & Jessica Green
10.45-12.45pm – Creating Space for Grace with Zenia Bond
12.45-2pm Lunch and Off The Mat into the World Conversation
2-3pm – Happy Feet! with Sophie Clyde
3-4pm – Story Workshop: The Crescent Moon Bear with Laura Francis
4-4.30pm – Tea Break
4.30-6.30pm – Body & Soul – Vinyasa Flow with a Soulful Soundscape with Bridget Luff & Mara Simpson
6.30-8.30pm – Sacred Songbath: A Dive into Stillness with Vaishnavi Brassey
8.30pm – Dinner and with presentation of Zena Hitchin’s artwork Seeing The Light
Sunday 22 November
10.30-11: Welcome Mantra with 108 Amisha Ghadiali & Jessica Green
11-12.30pm: Gratitude – A Mindfulness tool for Transformation with Nikki Levitan
12.30-1.30pm: Freeing the Throat Chakra with Katie Hayward
1.30-3pm: Lunch with Abby Dixon sharing her poem A letter to a Mother from a Daughter on the Road
3-4.30pm: Become a Super Foods and Spice Shaman with Heather Umlah
4.30-6.30pm: The Art of Rest – Restorative Yoga & Reiki with Niki Brown.
Friday Night – Free (booking a ticket is required as space is limited)
Saturday & Sunday – £150 (including all meals)
Saturday – £108 (including lunch and dinner)
Sunday – £64 (including lunch)
