We will then begin at 8pm.

Wind down from your weekend in soulful style, and prepare yourself for the week ahead, as we bathe in love with candlelit meditation. Make space for yourself to feel gratitude, set intentions and experience stillness in a beautiful community, so you can drift to sleep fully open to welcome your unconscious wishes.

Finish the evening with an optional deeply detoxifying sauna (bring a towel), or by giving and receiving a very special heart opening healing.

Hosted by Amisha. With a love of yoga for that has spanned over a decade, Amisha has a strong practice in both the Anusara and Kundalini traditions, training with teachers around the world including Gurmukh, and Leila Sadeghee. She trained as a Reiki master in India and works with the symbols of compassionate action, Karuna Reiki. Amisha has a jewellery label with the tagline elegance rebellion, where she makes design led pieces using silver and thoughtful combinations of healing crystals. By day Amisha works in the tech start up and sustainability worlds, and created Sunday Night Soul as a practice to support the demands of hectic London life. She believes in a healthy and soulful lifestyle, including starting the day with green juice and meditation.
