The next full moon is in Airies on October 16th. The energies of the moon are felt two or three days before and after. We will come together under the moon, to learn about what it means and to do a sacred ritual to release and let go. through meditation, mantra and a process of release and letting go.

There will be breathing (pranayama), meditation, mantra, dance, and a group energy healing savasana.
