“I absolutely enjoy the meditations with Amisha. I am always left with immense calmness and joy. There is something magical in gathering together and meditate as a group. I really like that the sessions are always a bit different, tapping into different aspects as we weave together through this rhythm. This makes the live calls really unique.” Arina
Why Now?
In the culture of the capitalist spiritual, the simple and most effective can get lost. The focus can be on big peak experiences. Often we know what supports the rhythm and helps but struggle to make time for it – or get easily distracted. As our phones continue to scramble our brains and attention spans, there is something extremely helpful about being pulled into a steady rhythm of simple practices that increase your capacity – supporting with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, grief, numbness, scatteredness – and igniting more creativity, energy, vision, intuition, presence. When we practice together we amplify the power of what we are doing, and you feel the strength of the field and how it brings you into coherence. At this time, it’s so vital that we calibrate our own frequency so that we can be present, responsible and joyful in these times. Rather than retreating we can find our way to contribute and create beauty in a world that is never not broken. It’s the slow, subtle practices that really hold us steady and allow space for growth and integration.
What will we do in The Presence Sessions?
The practices will include aspects of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Mantra from ancient wisdom traditions in India. This is Amisha’s ancestral lineage as well as chosen path of practice. It’s all offered with that deep respect love and relationship. Many of these practices are also what you see repackaged as breathwork, biohacking, coaching techniques. These practices are offered with simplicity, and the power that it holds.
