Throughout January learn to meditate every Monday evening as you explore tools and techniques with Amisha Ghadiali to create inner wellbeing and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Each week will focus around a theme with space for questions and a long meditation together. This is open to beginners and drop in is welcome if you can’t make all four weeks of the course.

Free for residents of the collective, donation based for non-residents.
