Learn To Meditate – A Four Week Course

Throughout January learn to meditate every Monday evening as you explore tools and techniques with Amisha Ghadiali to create inner wellbeing and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Each week will focus around a theme with space for questions and a long meditation together. This is open to beginners and drop in is welcome if you can’t make all four weeks of the course.
Week One – Posture and Breath
Week Two – Why Meditate?
Week Three – Attention and The Mind
Week Four – Emotions and The Witness
Free for residents of the collective, donation based for non-residents.
Please bring a notebook, pen and a meditation cushion.
