FAQs
Do I have to share or be on camera?
No. The sessions are guided, sharing is optional after the sessions (just like it would be in person where you might sometimes stay to say hi). Ideally you are on camera – just so your presence can be felt (and you don’t get distracted and start doing something else). However you can come how you are, from your office, with babes in arms, or sitting under a tree.
Will replays be downloadable?
Yes, a video will be available each week on the theme. The real magic is in coming live to one or both, and then you can repeat the practice every day that week to anchor it.
What level of practice is this?
All levels. Open to beginners and advanced practitioners will also find a deep transmission. If you don’t have a daily practice, this can support you. And if you do this can be a place of community where you feel the amplification of your practice in the shared field.
What’s the commitment?
We ask you to stay at least three months to build the rhythm together. And ideally you join at least one live session a week. (Take it from your scrolling time to reclaim this into beautiful screen time). When you sign up, you pay monthly and we ask you stay for three months and after that you can pause or leave any time. We hope you stay!
What is the One to One sessions?
This is subtle energy work that clears deep pattens from the conscious and opens new qualities within, you can find out more about these sessions here.
Where do the local Devon sessions take place?
For the summer, we will meet outside and take a walk into nature over an evening and meditate together, perhaps by the river. It will be within access of dartington, totnes, ashburton areas. We could share a meal after either bringing a picnic or heading on somewhere.
Why Now?
In the culture of the capitalist spiritual, the simple and most effective can get lost. The focus can be on big peak experiences. Often we know what supports the rhythm and helps but struggle to make time for it – or get easily distracted. As our phones continue to scramble our brains and attention spans, there is something extremely helpful about being pulled into a steady rhythm of simple practices that increase your capacity – supporting with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, grief, numbness, scatteredness – and igniting more creativity, energy, vision, intuition, presence. When we practice together we amplify the power of what we are doing, and you feel the strength of the field and how it brings you into coherence. At this time, it’s so vital that we calibrate our own frequency so that we can be present, responsible and joyful in these times. Rather than retreating we can find our way to contribute and create beauty in a world that is never not broken. It’s the slow, subtle practices that really hold us steady and allow space for growth and integration.
What will we do in The Presence Sessions?
The practices will include aspects of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Mantra from ancient wisdom traditions in India. This is Amisha’s ancestral lineage as well as chosen path of practice. It’s all offered with that deep respect love and relationship. Many of these practices are also what you see repackaged as breathwork, biohacking, coaching techniques. You won’t need any specialist equipment. Everything can be done sitting or standing near your screen in whatever you are wearing. These practices are offered with simplicity, and the power that it holds.
