All orders will be sent out within 7 days via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £6.99 per order.

Please note that somebody will have to sign for this. If you need the jewellery by a certain date for a birthday present or an event, please leave special instructions and we will take this into account and try to make sure it is sent out to you in time.

We are happy to ship internationally, there is an extra cost involved in this.

Please e-mail us if you would like to order from outside the UK, and we will instruct you on how to place your order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery

Please be aware that whilst every effort is made to ensure that the photograph of each piece is as accurate as possible in terms of colour, shape and size, not all pieces will be an exact replica. This is due to the nature of the designs, as many pieces use natural raw cut stones, it is near impossible to get any two stones that are exactly the same in shape and colour. This makes each piece special. We assure you that every piece of jewellery is handmade and will adhere to the same high standard.

Any order of jewellery is subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time an order is placed and the time the order is accepted, the availability of the item may have changed. If this occurs you notified immediately of when this item may be in stock again, and not charged.

Once an order has been placed and the pay pal transaction has been completed, you will receive an e-mail to let you know that your new jewellery is on its way to you.

If an item you just need to have is not in stock, please e-mail ordernicethings@amisha.co.uk stating which item it is, and you will receive an e-mail informing you of when that item will next be available and have the option of reserving it.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Refunds are not possible, but if there is some unhappiness with the piece that you receive please e-mail greyskies@amisha.co.uk and an exchange will be arranged.
