Do you feel a mixture of anger\, outrage\, frustration\, grief\, disappointment\, hopelessness and powerlessness. But maybe you also sense hope\, possibilities\, inspiration\, vision and determination. \nWhat’s not immediately obvious is how the practice of forgiveness could be of any benefit. How can letting go of our resentments help solve the challenges of the world? \nTry asking this instead: “How does holding onto my resentment help solve the challenges of the world?” \nPerhaps you believe that anger is what drives action. Certainly anger shows us where our boundaries are so we know when they’ve been violated. But is it possible to take a stand for what we believe in\, without needing to denigrate\, shame or resent others in the process? How can we move from “us vs them” to “all of us”? \nAs Maya Angelou said: “Hate\, it has caused a lot of problems in this world\, but it has not solved one yet.” \nThe truth is\, it doesn’t matter how hard you hate something\, reject a situation or organisation\, or want it to be different\, resentment alone will not change it. In fact\, freeing your heart from your resentment immediately releases all that energy so you can put it to better use – to help co-create “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.” (Charles Eisenstein). \nIf you are curious about how you can free your heart from the addictive seduction of resentment\, of hating the way things currently are: cultural divides\, the power structures\, particular politicians\, global corporate leaders\, unelected un-democratic international organisations\, or anyone or anything else\, you are warmly invited to attend our upcoming Global Forgiveness Field. \n“Out beyond ideas of right-doingAnd wrong-doingThere is a fieldI’ll meet you there.” (Rumi) \nHere\, you will discover what forgiveness really is\, what it isn’t\, why it’s so hard\, why it matters\, and how it’s possible to do it. This 90 minute community workshop for “all that we are” will be led by forgiveness specialist\, author and coach\, Barbara J Hunt. You will be able to choose something you want to let go of from your heart – some heavy burden or stuck resentment that you might be wiling to release. Then Barbara will guide the group through the whole of her 7-step Forgiveness Made Easy process. We work with microphones off\, in the privacy and safety of your own Zoom space\, but together in the group field. \nThis means there is a collective shift for everyone\, no matter what you choose to work on because your forgiveness adds to the “forgiveness field”. Working together on global issues\, even with individual nuances\, will be a powerful collective experience. \n“I believe that our forgiveness is an act of amnesty for the whole of humanity and that we benefit everyone when we consciously decide what we want to keep in our hearts. Beyond fear\, beyond anger\, beyond grief… only love. DESCRIPTION:RSVP HERE – TICKET LINK \n  \nA beautiful evening hosted by “all that we are” to celebrate life as a community \nThis will take place in the mongolian yurt on the beautiful land of 42 Acres\, and is the final event Amisha will be hosting at 42 Acres in this series. \nAs we find land into deep summer\, this is a moment to come together\, to reconnect to yourself and the earth\, and open up to some new qualities of your own flourishing. We will be gathering under the new moon – a potent time for new intentions and beginnings. \nThere will be a ritual guided by Amisha with chanting\, energy work\, meditation and movement. \nWe will offer an opportunity to journey with the plant medicines of Blue Lotus and Rose. \nBlue Lotus is a sacred plant that is a symbol of rebirth – a plant of the moon and the sun which a gateway to the divine. It is known to induce deep meditative energy\, open the third eye (intuition) and motivate lucid dreaming. The effects can be euphoric and sensual\, whilst helping to decompress the nervous system and relax the whole body\, and mind. We will work with this as a tincture. \nRose is another ancient medicine that has been used in many cultures around the world for its spiritual healing benefits. Rose is known for relieving the heart\, depression\, anxiety\, and psycho-spiritual related imbalances. It is both a heart opener and a protector\, a plant ally for self-love and self-compassion. DESCRIPTION:**** click here for tickets **** \n  \nA beautiful evening hosted by “all that we are” to celebrate the full moon as a community \nThis will take place in the mongolian yurt on the beautiful land of 42 Acres. \nThere will be a ritual guided by Amisha with chanting\, energy work\, meditation and movement. \nWe will offer an opportunity to journey with the plant medicines of Blue Lotus and Rose. \nBlue Lotus is a sacred plant that is a symbol of rebirth – a plant of the moon and the sun which a gateway to the divine. It is known to induce deep meditative energy\, open the third eye (intuition) and motivate lucid dreaming. The effects can be euphoric and sexy\, whilst helping to decompress the nervous system and relax the whole body\, and mind. We will work with this as a tincture. \nRose is another ancient medicine that has been used in many cultures around the world for its spiritual healing benefits. Rose is known for relieving the heart\, depression\, anxiety\, and psycho-spiritual related imbalances. SUMMARY:Wild Grace Womens Retreat Avalon
DESCRIPTION:This WILD GRACE retreat will be 11-13th November\, in a very magical spot just outside of Glastonbury. Under the light of the full moon we will be bathed in practices that connect us deeper to our feminine powers through ritual\, chanting mantras\, myths (of goddess such as Lakshmi\, Durga and Kali)\, yoga asana\, meditation\, cacao ceremony\, energy healing\, yoga nidra\, fire ceremony – and ​a pilgrimage to the sacred sites of Avalon including the Chalice Gardens\, White Spring and Glastonbury Tor. \nThis part of the England has been special to me ever since I went through my priestess initiation seven years ago. I now live in Somerset as I find that these lands really hold me and speak to me. The places that I will be taking you\, are places that are special to me\, that I have spent time with on my own pilgrimages and that I find hold a unique energy that opens up something really important in our path of healing as women. I will be sharing stories ancient and modern about these places. \nThe theme of the retreat is to open up space for a more embodied truth of who you are – to shed some old stories and claim your future. For this retreat\, it will be an intimate small group of no more than ten sisters. If possible give yourself some time to leave on Sunday gently… \nWe are 15 mins away from Castle Cary station where you can get a taxi if you come by train. We can also coordinate lift shares and such as the group comes together. \nOn Thursday 10th\, I am hosting a beautiful event called Heart Medicine with Tallulah Rendall at 42 Acres. You can also join us for this (and I can support you in finding somewhere to stay if this speaks to you). This event is only accessible by car (and so could be a good one to join with local friends if you are coming by train). \n \n  \nThe Venue: \nWe will be staying in a beautiful home\, close enough to Glastonbury and with a view of The Tor from the land. This is a peaceful countryside location where the only sound that might wake you up in the morning is that of donkeys… The gardens have a stone circle\, fire pits and many herbs and vegetables are grown. The spaces are stylish and beautifully designed. The main barn will be our group space for the weekend and we will make it really cosy. I have personally hosted rituals in this space and the energy is really beautiful. \n \n  \n \n  \n \n  \nThe Price: \nRetreat Fee: £360 (This rate includes meals apart from one we will have in Glastonbury during free time\, and all of the teachings) \nFor anyone attending the retreat who lives locally or will be arranging their own accommodation – it is £360. \nEARLY Bird discount = £300 retreat fee (book by Monday 17th October) \n10% discount on retreat fee for ATWA members (must have been a member for six months) \nAccommodation rates depend on which space you are staying in. DESCRIPTION:This is a monthly opportunity for members of “all that we are” to gather with podcast host and facilitator of the sacred amisha ghadiali\, for a nourishing and inspiring experience. In these sessions\, you will receive a half an hour practice – a meditation\, energy clearing activation. Then there will be open space to ask Amisha questions\, these can either be related to podcast episodes\, or concepts shared in them\, or an opportunity to receive on the spot mentoring for a challenge in your life. \nThese sessions create community space for the soul (where we don’t have to play algorithms to see or hear each other). We can just be together\, in the field of our fullness with practices and conversations that are supportive and uplifting. Soul space replaces both the presence collective circles and the future is beautiful patron circles\, to be a more powerful offering for these times. \nWe host these at different times of the day and month to make them accessible to the different time zones of this global community.
