This will be a non pretentious space for us to share our gifts with each other\, share meals and be in held in the powerful embrace of nature. The programme will come from those who are attending\, and what you want to offer\, and as many haven’t been in physical spaces for a while\, we will offer also free and open time to simply enjoy conversations\, walks and swims across the land. DESCRIPTION:Style & Presence invites us to join together for a potent celebration and exploration into our self worth as womxn and how this relates to the worth of the world. As we stand here in 2020 with everything that has come to the surface\, we see we are living in a world of distortion and destruction\, and at the same time beauty and possibility. The systems of patriarchy\, colonisation and neo-liberalism have culminated in our worth being for sale in blatant and subtle ways. White woman paying to tan\, brown women bleaching their skin light\, people dying to make clothes that are worn once…The list goes on and on. These insecurities feed a whole system of modern day slavery\, toxic chemical dumping and landfill waste as we struggle to keep up the pressures\, and wear our perfect masks. All this energy on the exterior can take precious time away from the inner healing and the real transformative work these times are calling forth in us. There is another path\, the way of the empowered woman\, who is co-creating a beautiful future.\n\n\nThis summit wakes us up to our knowledge and embodiment that we are worth more than this cycle of fear\, greed\, and exploitation – reminding us how to move away from this toxic culture into one of cultivating both style and presence. True style comes from the heart\, it’s knowing who we are and what is important to us. It’s responding to the times we live in\, an ecological and human rights crisis\, and with compassion expressing our creativity through how we show up in the world. \nPresence is being in authenticity with this\, so we can radiate our truth in whatever situation we are in. We become somebody that turns heads when we walk into a room\, because we are in alignment with ourselves and our feminine power. This is about more than what we wear\, but who we are. DESCRIPTION:I am excited to be going back to Bali Spirit Fest after such a beautiful experience in 2017. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAt Bali Sprit Fest: \n“Live Your Activism – Values\, Vision & Purpose” – Sat 7th April\, 1-2pm\, Bale Down \nThis workshop explores the relationship between being rooted in our self worth and our ability to impact the world around us. How can living with both spiritual and sustainable values enable us to stay centred in a world that is always trying to sell us something? How do we rise up\, so that we can use our creativity\, money and power to create a brighter and beautiful global future? This workshop will give you space to figure out what you values and vision and how to bring them into what you do. We will share learnings from The Future Is Beautiful book and podcast. \n“Durga Kali Mythic Yoga Flow: Empower & Breathe” – Sun 8th April\, 8-10am\, Community Pavillion \nJoin us for an empowering practice themed around our ability to impact the world around us. We will dive into the myth of the Goddesses Durga & Kali as we chant mantra\, practice asana and come to understand what we can do as yogis to embody our values and share our power in the world. The yoga will be fierce\, opening us to our fullest potential\, connecting us to our heart and our inner goddess. Men welcome too! \n“Mantras\, Mudras and Meditation” – Sun 8th April\, 11.15am-1pm\, Community Pavillion \nDiscover the transformative power of mantras to light up our cells and awaken qualities within ourselves. No instruments\, just the power of our voices as we combine the mantras with mudras and meditation. Each mantra is shared with an understanding of what it means\, why and when you chant it as well as theMudra (hand posture) that goes with it. We come into a Meditation between each Mantra and you will experience the healing sound bath created by us chanting together in a group. You will learn a variety of mantras from rounds of the auspicious number 108\, to melodic mantras connecting to Ganesha\, Shiva\, and theMaha Shakti. \n“Lighting the Heart Fire” – Tues 3rd April\, 7pm\, The Lawn \nA ceremonial night of ritual storytelling\, song\, and dance featuring many of the festival’s incredible women. A night to honor our ancestral lines which embrace the planet\, unifying the hearts of all nations. We summon benevolent spirits\, guides\, and guardians\, and offer our prayers of love and unity. And best of all…we celebrate life on this precious Earth! \nAt Yoga Barn: \n“Intro to Yoga” Fri 6th April\, 2pm-4pm \nI am teaching Yoga Barn’s intro to yoga. If you want to know what yoga is all about come and give it a go. We will be starting with the breath. \n“Wild Grace – Feminine Awakening Ritual” Tues 10th April 2pm-5pm \nMeet within the Goddesses Lakshmi\, Sawaswati\, Durga\, Kali and Green Tara as we will awaken their potent qualities inside of ourselves through this ritual. With mythology\, mantra\, yoga\, dance and energy healing\, we will discover our connection to each of these goddesses and the Shakti that they represent in us and in the world. We will move through any blocks holding us back from our power and awaken our divine feminine in the form of beauty\, wisdom\, courage\, fierceness and compassion. This workshop will give you a grounded understanding and forever expand your connection to these Goddesses\, as well as your relationship with your own feminine power and it’s balance with your inner masculine.
