Do you feel a mixture of anger\, outrage\, frustration\, grief\, disappointment\, hopelessness and powerlessness. But maybe you also sense hope\, possibilities\, inspiration\, vision and determination. \nWhat’s not immediately obvious is how the practice of forgiveness could be of any benefit. How can letting go of our resentments help solve the challenges of the world? \nTry asking this instead: “How does holding onto my resentment help solve the challenges of the world?” \nPerhaps you believe that anger is what drives action. Certainly anger shows us where our boundaries are so we know when they’ve been violated. But is it possible to take a stand for what we believe in\, without needing to denigrate\, shame or resent others in the process? How can we move from “us vs them” to “all of us”? \nAs Maya Angelou said: “Hate\, it has caused a lot of problems in this world\, but it has not solved one yet.” \nThe truth is\, it doesn’t matter how hard you hate something\, reject a situation or organisation\, or want it to be different\, resentment alone will not change it. In fact\, freeing your heart from your resentment immediately releases all that energy so you can put it to better use – to help co-create “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.” (Charles Eisenstein). \nIf you are curious about how you can free your heart from the addictive seduction of resentment\, of hating the way things currently are: cultural divides\, the power structures\, particular politicians\, global corporate leaders\, unelected un-democratic international organisations\, or anyone or anything else\, you are warmly invited to attend our upcoming Global Forgiveness Field. \n“Out beyond ideas of right-doingAnd wrong-doingThere is a fieldI’ll meet you there.” (Rumi) \nHere\, you will discover what forgiveness really is\, what it isn’t\, why it’s so hard\, why it matters\, and how it’s possible to do it. This 90 minute community workshop for “all that we are” will be led by forgiveness specialist\, author and coach\, Barbara J Hunt. You will be able to choose something you want to let go of from your heart – some heavy burden or stuck resentment that you might be wiling to release. Then Barbara will guide the group through the whole of her 7-step Forgiveness Made Easy process. We work with microphones off\, in the privacy and safety of your own Zoom space\, but together in the group field. \nThis means there is a collective shift for everyone\, no matter what you choose to work on because your forgiveness adds to the “forgiveness field”. Working together on global issues\, even with individual nuances\, will be a powerful collective experience. \n“I believe that our forgiveness is an act of amnesty for the whole of humanity and that we benefit everyone when we consciously decide what we want to keep in our hearts. Beyond fear\, beyond anger\, beyond grief… only love. When we come from love\, knowing we are all one humanity\, with hearts that are free from resentment\, we can re-envision and recreate a world that works for everyone\, together.” Barbara J Hunt \n  \nTicket Options & Timing: \nThis event will take place from 8-9.30pm UK time on Zoom\, on the 26th July. There will be an optional and relaxed closing space held by Amisha for 30 mins after in “all that we are” style. \nThe event will take place at 12pm Pacific\, 5pm Eastern for those joining from the US. \n1.30am India\, 4am Singapore\, 7am Auckland (27th July). \nAll global family is welcome. \nTickets are £20 per person. \nThis event is free for “All That We Are” members\, but you do need to register. DESCRIPTION:RSVP HERE – TICKET LINK \n  \nA beautiful evening hosted by “all that we are” to celebrate life as a community \nThis will take place in the mongolian yurt on the beautiful land of 42 Acres\, and is the final event Amisha will be hosting at 42 Acres in this series. \nAs we find land into deep summer\, this is a moment to come together\, to reconnect to yourself and the earth\, and open up to some new qualities of your own flourishing. We will be gathering under the new moon – a potent time for new intentions and beginnings. \nThere will be a ritual guided by Amisha with chanting\, energy work\, meditation and movement. \nWe will offer an opportunity to journey with the plant medicines of Blue Lotus and Rose. \nBlue Lotus is a sacred plant that is a symbol of rebirth – a plant of the moon and the sun which a gateway to the divine. It is known to induce deep meditative energy\, open the third eye (intuition) and motivate lucid dreaming. The effects can be euphoric and sensual\, whilst helping to decompress the nervous system and relax the whole body\, and mind. We will work with this as a tincture. \nRose is another ancient medicine that has been used in many cultures around the world for its spiritual healing benefits. Rose is known for relieving the heart\, depression\, anxiety\, and psycho-spiritual related imbalances. It is both a heart opener and a protector\, a plant ally for self-love and self-compassion. We will work with this as an essence in the way of anointing. \nSomething deeply potent happens when we gather together in community to honour these powerful times. \n(The last events were really special and we know this one will be too) \nAmisha has offered beautiful rituals all over the world including Bali\, Goa\, London\, Ibiza\, Croatia and New York.
